Nazara Lázaro is an artist and designer born in Tenerife, Spain.
She studied Interior Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Madrid.
After completing her studies, she spent two years in Japan, gaining hands-on experience in traditional woodwork, architecture, and exhibition design.
Inspired by the story of the Silk Road, she returned to Europe by land, traveling across China and Central Asia and exploring the interconnectedness of daily habits and rituals across cultures.
She later settled in Berlin, where she spent the following ten years.
Her exposure to different cultures is reflected in her work—interiors, sets, and ephemeral installations that draw from Japanese craftsmanship, the unique climate of the Canary Islands, the creative energy of Berlin, and her own sense of femininity.
