Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of the pieces sold by LAK Gallery, orders cannot be canceled or replaced unless broken or faulty. Prior written consent from the manufacturer is required for any order changes, refunds, or cancellations. If you return an item because of our error or because it is damaged or faulty, we will cover your return shipping expenses and refund your delivery charges. Defective items will be replaced within the regular manufacturing time necessary to order and manufacture the piece again. Please notify us if you discover a mistake, or a damaged or defective item. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You have a legal obligation to take care of the items while they are in your care. Because of this, if you fail to satisfy this condition, we may refuse to compensate you. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days by email at info@lakgallery.com. LAK Gallery will inspect any damaged or faulty items returned and will notify you of your refund through e-mail within a fair time frame. We will typically process any refunds that are owed to you as quickly as feasible. Products returned by you because they are damaged or faulty will be reimbursed in full, including the cost of transportation for delivering the item to you and any costs incurred by you in returning the item to LAK Gallery, subject to acceptance by LAK Gallery of the damaged or defective items. If we discover no issue with the returned items, you will be informed that the returned product cannot be accepted and the products will be re-delivered to you at your expense. If the product has been installed, changed, or damaged in any way, it will not be accepted as a return.
